TIMING: Workshops run from 9am – 4.30pm in the respective timezone.

DELIVERY: Our Training with Certification is delivered virtually, using an action-learning workshop format which means when you bring a real project or change challenge as your vehicle for learning. And you leave with an actionable change management plan – having learnt and applied:

- our research-based, globally recognised PCI® (People-Centred Implementation) methodology

- the tools and resources on Roadmap Pro® our digital change management platform

CERTIFICATION:

Choose from 2 options: 

- Certificate of completion: is awarded for complete participation and application during the 2 day workshop

- Practitioner certification (optional): involves completion of 2 day workshop and 1 additional day. Is awarded following learning retention testing and successful case study presentation.  In addition to your certification, you also receive a digital badge for your social media profile. The case study must be submitted within 7 days of workshop completion. 

MATERIALS AND LICENCING: Included in the cost are digital participant materials and a 12-month licence to our digital change management platform, Roadmap Pro®, for your ongoing use.

FEES: Are dependent on your requirements:

- 2 day Workshop only - USD $2,460/€2,070/£1,800 per attendee.

- 2 day Workshop + Practitioner Certification - USD $2,880/€2,420/£2,100 per attendee.

PAYMENT TERMS: The Training with Certification fee is to be paid in advance to confirm registration and open prework. Payment for this workshop is to be made in advance either via bank transfer or credit card only.  We do not accept cheques.
