TIMING: This 1 day workshop runs from 9am – 4.30pm in the respective timezone.

DELIVERY: In this virtual action-learning, planning workshop which is instructor-led (max group size  of 20) attendees learn about their critical role in change and develop the skills to motivate their teams through the process with:

MATERIALS: Included in the cost of are digital participant materials and detailed workbook, checklists, templates, practical development suggestions, data analytics on past change execution and current state change maturity assessment. 

FEES: USD $685/€600/£500 per attendee.

PAYMENT TERMS: The Training with Certification fee is to be paid in advance to confirm registration and open prework. Payment for this workshop is to be made in advance, either via bank transfer or credit card only.  We do not accept cheques.
